The site contains a two-storey, detached house located on North London. New roof extension and side extension has been provided to increase the floor area to add a cinema room at ground floor and master bedroom in roof space.

Major internal structural alterations were carried to suit new internal layouts and existing trussed roof was re-constructed in steel frame.

Extension of light-weight industry warehouse. The project consists of new bay with 13m span, along the western and southern perimeter of existing warehouse approximately 10000 sqf. We proposed a mono-pitch steel portal frame, at 7.3m centres, with metal sheeting for the roof and facade.

The foundations comprised pad footings and ground-bearing slab.
